Provincial Capitol, Kalibo, Aklan

2. Updated Resume (2 copies)

3. 2×2 Picture

4. Valid Passport (if available)

5. Registration Form can be filled out in the Provincial PESO or you may download it through the following links:

Submit the requirements to Aklan Provincial PESO in a long, colored, thick, plastic folder.
