• Store Manager
– At least 3 years experience in performing managerial responsibilities, leading 10+ support/operations team in retail, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
– With ability to coach and develop team members, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
• Assistant Store Manager
– At least 2 years experience in performing managerial responsibilities, leading 10+ support/operations team in retail, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
• Store Operations Management Trainee
– At least 1 year experience in performing managerial responsibilities, leading 10+ support/operations team in retail, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
Other Qualifications:
– Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree
– With experience working in the home improvement retail sector
– With excellent customer service orientation
– With strong working knowledge in computer applications
– Willing to be transferred/relocated to other branches
