Qualifications:
– Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health (Radiologic Tech., BS Psychology, Medical Tech., Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacy, Caregiver, Nursing Aid, etc.)
– With at least 1 year hospital/clinic work experience
– With excellent communication skills
– With BPO experience is an advantage
– USRN is an advantage
– Can work for 18 months
– Can work in night/graveyard shift
– Can work in a hybrid working set-up

Account Supervisor
Qualifications:
– With at least 1-2 years experience in handling a team of at least 5 people
– With at least 3-5 years BPO work experience or 2-4 years hospital work experience
– With at least 1-2 years experience in BPO Healthcare Account
– With experience in client resolutions and escalation process
