Subic Drydock Corporation in Subic Bay, Zambales
Contracts Administration Manager
– College graduate (preferably Engineering Courses with license)
– With at least 5 years related work experience in Contracts Administration on a ship repair industry
– With at least 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
– With knowledge of ship systems acquired through shipyard experience
– Must possess a valid drivers license
Dock Master
– College graduate with a degree in Marine Engineering or related Maritime Courses
– With at least 5 years related experience in the maintenance and repair of shipyard machines, facilities and equipment
– With Dock Master Training
– Must be able work in an industrial environment onboard vessels, dry docks and shops climb ladders, enter tanks, bend, crawl and lift in support of ship repair activities
Electrical Superintendent
– College graduate with degree in Electrical Engineering courses
– With at least 5 to 10 years supervisory experience in electrical field in a shipyard industry
Planning and Estimation Manager
– College graduate (preferably Engineering Courses with license)
– With at least 5 years of related experience in Planning / Estimation on a Ship Repair Industry
– With 5 years supervisory / managerial experience
– Knowledge of ship systems acquired through shipyard experience
– Ability to read and interpret blue prints
– Must possess a valid drivers license
Procurement and Warehouse Manager
– College graduate with degree in Management/Accounting or related courses
– With at least 5 years of related experience as Procurement and Warehouse Manager
– With experience/knowledge in ship repair industry
– With basic knowledge on procurement and warehouse methods and procedures
– Must possess a valid drivers license
Project Superintendent
– College graduate with a degree in Engineering or related Maritime Courses
– With at least 5 experience as Project Superintendent or related experience in the maintenance and repair of shipyard machines, facilities and equipment
– With Dock Master Training
– Must be able work in an industrial environment onboard vessels, dry docks and shops, climb ladders, enter tanks, bend, crawl and lift in support of ship repair activities
Senior Production Manager
– College graduate with a degree in Engineering or related Maritime Courses
– With at least 10 to 15 years managerial experience with international commercial and USN/MSC ship repair processes
– Must be able work in an industrial environment onboard vessels, dry docks and shops climb ladders, enter tanks, bend, crawl and lift in support of ship repair activities
– Must possess a valid drivers license
Other Qualifications:
– Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English
– Good communication, leadership and motivation skills
– Must be able to work in a stressful environment
– Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays, and do overtime as needed to get the job done
– Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
